It\u2019s a tool, we assume, for larger organizations with big ambitions and even bigger budgets.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But what about solopreneurs?<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019ve had the opportunity to work with a few lately, and it\u2019s reminded me just how powerful a focused, scaled-down version of strategic planning can be\u2014especially for a business of one.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sure, the process looks different. There\u2019s no need to build alignment across a leadership team. You skip the politics and posturing and get right to the good stuff. Strategic planning for solopreneurs isn\u2019t about building five-year forecasts or prepping for an exit\u2014it\u2019s about using limited resources wisely and creating alignment between your business and your life.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A session like this doesn\u2019t have to be long or expensive. In fact, it shouldn\u2019t be. But done well, it can deliver big value. One or two pages is often all it takes to bring structure to the chaos.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And remember\u2014strategy doesn\u2019t have to be about growth. It can be about clarity. About doing excellent work. About setting boundaries. About building resilience. About making sure the business you\u2019re running actually supports the life you want to live.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re a solopreneur, don\u2019t count yourself out of the strategy conversation.
